    Our partners are engaged with some of the most important public and private educational institutions, as professors and coordinators of undergraduate and graduate courses (lato e sticto sensu).
    We have learned that our academic performance reinforces the quality of our team, which is constantly updated on legislative and jurisprudential changes.
    We encourage the team to be permanently involved in internal and external academic activities, by offering undergraduate and graduate scholarships and participating in our team’s development initiatives, which are divided into programs “Renault Educação” (Renault Education) and “Desenvolvimento de Talentos RPLAW” (RPLAW’s Talents Development).

    Renault Education and Training

    “Renault Education” program was created to encourage our associates to constantly study topics related to our areas of expertise. Throughout the year, our professionals receive personalized training, which is given by partners and guests. In each of the meetings, we select a professional responsible for the initial presentation, which is followed by debates with the members of each area. In these debates, our teams exchange experiences and discuss the best practices and strategies to be adopted in the cases, aiming to reinforce the application of efficient and creative solutions to meet the interests of our clients

    The meetings take place every 15 (fifteen) days, and all participants must read the previously selected material and discuss them.

    Renault Advogados’ talent development program

    We believe that the future of our office will be written by those who are developed here. For this reason, since 2019, we have maintained a permanent program for developing the firm’s talents. Our objective is to encourage our interns and trainees to develop research on topics of practical interest in the areas of the office, in addition to developing speaking and communication skills.
    At the beginning of each year, meeting calendars are drawn up, which take place monthly. In these meetings, each group of interns and trainees researches and presents topics of interest in their areas to the other members of the office, based on the analysis of specific cases.
    These presentations are followed by debates between associates, partners, and trainees, in which the strategies used in each of the analyzed cases are discussed.
    To promote interaction between the teams, each speaker is previously guided by a partner or associate of the firm, who is equally responsible for the quality and relevance of the work.
